SALES CONTRACT
                       

                                  ONE YEAR BREEDER HEALTH GUARANTEE

- All purchasers are required to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian
with two (2)  business days of receipt.
- If the puppy, within the first year, is found by a licensed veterinarian, to have a life
threatening health issue that cannot be corrected or controlled by medication, a
replacement puppy will be given out of the first available litter of the same breed,
registration and value. Written documentation from a licensed veterinarian must be
provided to us within two (2) business days of the diagnoses detailing any and all
problems found. This documentation must be returned back to the breeder with the
puppy and any registration papers received. Shipping and medical expenses incurred
will not be refunded. Shipping charges to and from for the replacement puppy will also
be at buyer’s expense.
- Should the buyer refuse to return the puppy in question, the breeder will be released
from the constraints of the medical claim.
- If the examination indicates that, at the time of sale, such animal was unfit for
purchase due to illness (eg. Parvo, Distemper, Corona) or disease, a puppy of
equivalent value must be provided to the purchaser upon return of the original puppy.
Shipping charges to and from the breeder will be at buyer’s expense.
- If a puppy is determined to be suffering from an active parasitic infection within the
first two days, seller will be required to compensate purchaser for just the medications
prescribed by a licensed by a licensed veterinarian for the treatment of said infection.
Medications for illnesses that are common in puppies, especially those that are
shipped, will not be covered. (eg. Kennel Cough, Coccidia, etc.)
- This guarantee is non-transferable. There must be no signs of abuse or neglect. No
replacement will be given if the female has been bred. No replacement shall be given if
the breeds that are prone to hip dysplasia or toy breeds prone to luxating patellas or
over exercised or overweight. Running with or jumping dogs that are still in their growth
period voids all health guarantees. Seller is not responsible for any veterinarian
expenses accumulated on returned or replaced puppies.  
- Seller will not accept any returns of said puppy for any monetary refund, including but
not limited to allergies, Landlord/Tenant, marital, or adjustment problems, etc.
- Seller will not accept any returns of said puppy should the buyer‘s veterinarian
change the vaccination/worming scheduled established by the breeder.
- Seller will not accept any returns of said puppy if the instructions that is on the
website for treating hypoglycemia has not been followed. EVERY purchaser has been
told of this health issue that can be a problem with small and toy breed puppies.
